Bookings

Booking the studio requires a deposit of 50% of the total amount of rent, along with signed contract. The contract can be faxed or emailed to Shoot 115 in a time limit of 24 hours prior to the date of booking.

The rest of the rental amount must be paid before the start of the rental service by bank transfer or at the moment if payment is made in cash.

Before using the studio, the customer must:

Provide a credit card and if there were damages or defect in material and / or the studio SHOOT115 will proceed to load the corresponding amount.

Provide an original ID at the time of handing over the keys of the studio.

Co-sign with the person in charge an inventory with the studio materials available for further reviewing at the end of the service.

After the rental is over, the person in charge will check everything, to  make sure the everything is as was handed (material and studio). The customer must return the set of keys and Shoot115 will return the ID and cancel the contract signed at the beginning of the session.

CANCELLATION

If the cancellation is communicated to Shoot115 with more than 48 hours before the booking date, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full.

However, all reservations canceled accrue a charge of:

25% of the rental amount less than 48 hours in advance.

50% of the rental amount less than 24 hours in advance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The payment methods Shoot 115 are set by bank transfer or cash.

TEXT OF LIABILITY FOR CONTRACT

Lessee shall not use the studio for other activities other than photography sessions or video without prior written consent from the studio.

Tenant shall leave the studio clean and tidy as you found it, with all accessories and furniture in place, all the lights, audio devices and the computer turned off. Otherwise, the € 50 deposit is non refundable.

In case any item of equipment, furniture, appliances, etc.. is broken, damaged or stolen while the Lessee is using the studio, necessary repairs will have to be due to Tenant Shoot115.

If any of the material is damaged, beyond repair, Lessee shall pay to Shoot 115 on pay full replacement cost.

115 Shoot is not responsible for damage to persons or property consequential to Tenant fires, explosions, power outages, water or any other cause.

No changes can be made on any terms or conditions contained in this contract unless it is written and signed by both parties.
